No exaggeration, as someone who grew up her whole life in the Philippines, this restaurant serves the most authentic Filipino dishes I’ve tried by far here in the US. Literally tastes like home and feels like home 🥹❤️🏡 Choosing a favorite was nearly impossible with dishes like the Kare-Kare, Sisig, Adobo Ribs, and Tocino on the table, but the Sisig with Garlic Rice and Sinigang easily stole my heart 🤤 And whatever you do, PLEASE save room for dessert! We thought we were completely full until they brought out the Turon Baklava and Sizzling Mango Sticky Rice. There was literally nothing left on any of our plates for both the main dishes AND desserts. Everything was a 💯/10!!! Asides from the food, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The owner was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations since there were so many delicious options to choose from :) We’ll definitely be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This restaurant came as a recommendation from a friend who knew my husband and I enjoy Asian fusion and have eaten at several Filipino-/Asian-fusion restaurants in the Bay Area. As an aside, I come from a lineage of Filipina women who cook traditional dishes with family owning a turo-turo (point at what you want to eat) Filipino restaurant that we frequented while I was growing up and I have an adult daughter who is a culinary trained chef. We are a home that cooks and experiments with flavors, trying to round out and balance as much as possible. And at home, we cook less traditionally because some Flip dishes can be one-dimensional. That said, I was looking forward to trying this spot. There were flavors in several dishes that were overpowered by the mayonnaise / cheese sauce or drizzle. As soon as I wiped the heaviness of the sauces off and asked for vinegar and soy sauce, that helped with sweet, salty, umami balance and then you could taste the real flavors of the meats. One dish in particular was too heavy with sauces that overwhelmed the fish (milk fish). A quick drizzle is great, but I wonder if maybe the cheese could be halved with less sauce (or sauce could be a side dres

We discovered Inda + Mely while waiting for delayed luggage at SFO and needing a place to spend an hour and a half. A search for seafood restaurants near the airport led us here, and we're glad it did. We arrived well before the lunch crowd, and for the first 30 minutes or so we were the only diners. As noon approached, the restaurant began to fill up, which was no surprise after experiencing the quality of the food and service. The restaurant has a clean, classic atmosphere that is tastefully decorated without feeling overdone. The service was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and very helpful with menu recommendations. We started with the spring rolls, which were outstanding and a perfect way to begin the meal. For our entrées, we ordered the open-face lumpia and the sugpo in Alavar sauce. Both dishes were packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. The portions were generous, especially for lunch, and left us completely satisfied. One thing to note is that the parking lot is fairly small, but we had no trouble finding street parking nearby. A well-deserved 4 stars — and I'll explain why it doesn't quite reach five. This place is doing something genuinely bold: a fusion of Filipino, Mediterranean, and occasional Thai influences that shouldn't work on paper but somehow pulls you in. The concept alone is worth the visit. It's adventurous, it's intriguing, and it signals a kitchen that isn't afraid to take creative risks. We loved almost everything we tried — with some caveats. Several dishes leaned a little flat in flavor, and a few of the meats came out on the tougher side, which was a recurring disappointment in an otherwise exciting lineup. Having condiments like patis (fish sauce), sili, and salt readily available at the table would go a long way toward letting diners fine-tune to their preference — a small touch that could make a big difference. The standout of the night was, without question, the Lechon Belly Express. Absolutely worth ordering. The carbonara, while decent, was overwhelmingly creamy and could use some balance — but it's the kind of dish that a tweak or two could rescue entirely. First visit tonight and many more visits to come! We are completely blown away that we had to take the time to write this 5-star review while still at the table enjoying our incredible desserts! Every dish was clearly made with love, so authentic, rich in flavor…each bite went off like a firework celebration. We have never said the word, “wow,” so many times in one sitting at any other Filipino restaurant, let alone at any other restaurant in the Bay! We were graced with a personal table touch from Racquel, who is just as you imagine her to be, kind and in tune with her roots and her guests. Nuki, our server was a great joy, even proudly shared the history of the family and establishment with us. No part of our meal felt rushed. In fact, just as they said we would be…the meal carried us home. A beautiful dining experience in a thoughtfully designed space.
